前兩天發了一封mail Hallstatt的民宿(Gasthof Simony),想請宿主安排二樓的湖景套房,沒想到對方好像誤會我們的意思,回覆說感謝我們要再去住他的民宿,還請我們給確切日期...???我的天吶~我發mail 時有將於一月時訂房的信件內容一併傳給對方,沒想到竟出現這樣讓人冒了一身冷汗的回訊。

下面這封是我發出去的內容:

Dear Madam,
    We booked a double room with a lake view in January.
    My friend stayed in your place last year & strongly recommended that we should stay in No. 14 or 15 room. Can you arrange that for us?
    Thanks a lot for your help.

對方回覆:
Dear Nina,
I'm really glad that you want to stay at our guesthouse for another time!
You have forgotten to tell me the date you want to visit Hallstatt! Please let me know this, then I can tell you if we have the room for you available!

當下我真是傻眼,馬上調出之前往來的信件內容附加於下,再次發出確認函,不過一直到現在都還沒有回覆,我也擔心會不會太早訂房,其他地點的民宿也都有類似問題,於是又向各家民宿發了封確認住宿函,至今回覆者都沒有問題,說是已經有記錄了,不用再重新確認一次~呼~~還好,不然這下子還真是慌了咧!!目前僅剩
HeidelbergHohenschwangauHallstatt這三家尚未回覆,還真是有點忐忑不安,目前只有靜待佳音了。

真是開心,陸續又收到上面這三家的回音,新天鵝堡的民宿主人說我們是不需要再做確認動作的,因為早已有記錄,不會無故刪去的......而Hallstatt這家民宿也回覆如下:

Hello again,
I'm very sorry for my mistake!
Yes for sure we've still reservedb a doubl room (80€ per room and night) from the 7th to the 9th of august for you!
We're looking forward to see you then!
